Screw the Meson rifle. Just use the Stinger shotgun. It has the same stats, much easier to get, and has normal stability degradation.

After CR2, although I have Proxy Master loaded, it doesn't show in my abilities list, thus I cannot put it on my hotbar, nor can I use it to buff my Sim, which is the whole reason to load Proxy Master in the first place.

Thats why I prefer the Stinger...almost the same stats and doesn't degrade like its made of cotton candy.

They fixed that "exploit" (creating a sim and then changing your loadout). If you change your loadout now, the sim is derezzed.

Yes anyone can stop bullets if their mind is free enough, but only Neos is. Neo cannot do the things he does "because he is the One", He is the one because of the things he can do.

It's a bug I have gotten before...all of my hotbar attacks greyed out and I couldn't use them anymore. Hyperjump via hotbar stopped working as well but I could still use it via hotkey. I had to jack out and back in to fix it.
