The mask has no melee accuracy or defense, and no resistance. All it granted was some IS, health, and a little regen; yet it required an entire restructuring of the outfit so as not to have 140 resist. It only grants 150 HP and 10 IS more...

I think there's some arbitrary ordering going on, like in what order they were first created and added to your archive. Like how you first set up 2 title buffs can sometimes determine what you show up loaded as.
