Right click your The Matrix Online shortcut, goto Properties. In the Shortcut tab, click Find Target.

Alright bud. Try going into your programs and look for the folder named Monolith Productions. Inside it there should be the Matrix Online folder.  Open that and your screenies should be in there.

If you installed MxO off of the original CD's, it'll default to C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online .  But, if you installed off of D2D or the Station Launcher, it'll default to C:\Program Files\Sony\The Matrix Online\ .

Your screenshots should be in that folder.

This one should work regardless of how you instaled the game, The screen shots appear in the folder that opens up when you follow the above instructions there normally located at the bottom of it, If youve already checked the bottom make sure your using the correct key to take screen shots (F12 for JPEG format or Shift+F12 for BMP) i got into a habbit of hitting "Print Screen" after a few months of World of Warcraft.

Tip:

Pressing F2 removes the Games UI, and F1 removes players names which makes for better screenshots ;P
