Well the concern you are point out is that folks could just stand around and effectively farm a spawn AFK. Remeber you get hit alot more now and just using the tactics while may get you a few kills the combat system is not zero sum anymore...

Let me head this off before it gets started. There are not 3 rolls, that misconceptions was started by a post made by me, much to my embarrassment, about how Initative works. So let me say there are not 3 rolls for combat only 2.
