I'd really love to keep playing this game, but right now I just don't have the time or money.  If I cancel my account should I be able to reopen it later and still keep my character?  I plan to reopen again in march, I wasn't sure if there was a limited time to reopen or  not and still keep your character.  Thanks in advance.

I think they hold on to your account for 6months to a year so you'll be fine if you're coming back in march.
Just make sure to just reopen the account instead of make a new one.

Sorry to see you go but RL does have a tendency to do that to people.

hurry back!

Sorry you can't stay. Messages like this hurt real bad. I wish there was something we could do.

Sad to see anyone go....

Anyway, I just came back a couple of days ago, and I hadn't played since before Sony took over... Cant remember how long ago that was. But I had my 2 characters present and correct. I reckon you should be ok if you come back in March

They guarantee the account for 90 days, after that they reserve right to delete the characters, but they don't normally do it unless they have to.

To my knowledge no characters have been deleted from the live database. If you cancel your subscription we are more than happy to have you come back.

And as Jeffers points out above the TSR has addressed the issue already.

You could have mentioned this to some folks like the boys and girls of the faction you are in Coll ... we've been wondering why you weren't around.

:smileysurprised:

I guess now we know. :smileywink:

Hope to see you again soon.
