 I would suggest maxing out one stat and then hacking repeat. then list what bonus' each maxed stat gave.

 Um and i think initiative has something to do with rolls or priority or something, but can't remember where i read it. ON data node 1 somewhere i think.

Initiative: Determines who's animation is shown for interlock combat.
Throw: Related to Spy tree abilities.
