I tend to just do straight archive missions from level 2 to 45, then farm zero one soldier parts for myself from 45 to 50. It takes me around a month to get to 50 that way.

The region server which has the mission areas for the new missions was crashed when the servers came up. No one is even able to get to the mission areas to do the missions.

I've found through experimentation that there is a chance to drop Level 50 guns if you are Level 50 from any Level 50 NPC and up. The chance increases based on the chevron of the NPC and the level of the NPC.

I just did this mission with MathalosVC, and he is level 30, and I only had to kill a Level 31 Agent. Not sure what could be causing a Level 255 one for Level 50's.
