Yeah, passive buffs are what you need to go for. You might want to go all gunman and patcher though. The gunman trees are very versatile and you can make a hell of a Trauma Surgeon when your friends need one.

Honestly i'd have to reccommend Master Knife Thrower instead. Load up on IS regen and accuracy clothing. A Dragonskin seems to be the class staple.

You're really not going to want to run missions on hard with hacker. It'll be slower, trust me. The way CR2.0 is set up, you'd probably be better off with guns working in interlock and out. Rifleman works well if you know what you're doing.
