Operatives,
Seraph was spotted in Richland, near Mara Central. He incapacitated a bluepill before leaping away. Several operatives gave chase, and were able to follow him to Westview, where he was seen several more times before all trace was lost.
Seraph said nothing to his pursuers, and hardly seemed to acknowledge their presence.
We do not yet have any information on why he is attacking individuals across the city, or how he selects his targets. All operatives are directed to remain alert for any further sightings; they should be reported to your commanding officer immediately.

We got a spot o' trouble, Mervs. He'll be understandably annoyed with us..and if he's willing to assualt bluepills, I can imagine what he'd do to my poor, frail little tail. And, uh, to all you fine, upstanding Mervs, too. I hope Ze Boss has some plan for this...preferably not another funeral.

Seraph.. falls into the water. Cheat codes go in with him. Now he has glowing eyes. At first I thought it was his glasses, but on closer inspection, it is consistently behind his glasses. Also, the code coming off of him seems to be coming out of his eyes. I just hope my only fear for Seraph after his fall, besides his death, has not come to pass. But, the code is not green but.. gold. Hm. Either his golden code took the place of our regular green, or this is something new.
The General was connected to the fake agents, tipped us off about the cheat codes, and kidnapped Sati, causing Seraph to follow, if my history lessons were correct. So "agents" do the completely illogical thing and dump the codes into the water immediately after Seraph falls in. And we still don't have any other motive for taking Sati. A connection?

Seraph... I believe the Oracle is correct, when she says that there is a reason behind this. Notice that he is not killing any of them. Merely... drawing something from them.
We will seek to understand what he is doing, but it is my firm belief that he will carry on regardless.
Some people think he's gone evil, or insane. I think he's in a hurry.

Daaamn... he looks all f'ed up. His threads are all stained and everything.
I see he also has code eyes leaking gold code the same as his body is made of. I figured there was a reason they seemed to emphasize on the Agents dumping the rest of the potions in the river, I just forgot Seraph was in there and could have been touched by the contaminated water.

Seraph has always had gold code, though; it's just that only Neo could see it...

Seraph is not our enemy, nor should he be "hunted" as such. What he's doing, and his motives for doing it, go far beyond the surface level of these actions.

The Smith virus is coming. Image retrieval means it's impending arrival is known to the system. The cure for the virus is the code in the One. So if Seraph knows the Smith virus is coming it makes sense he would act with urgency to try and find the One, repill or bluepill, to extract the source code from so he can defeat the Smith virus when it returns, which may well call for Seraph to make a final sacrifice.
That's the only theory I have so far that can make sense of all the cryptic things going on with Seraph. Even the vial dumping after Seraph's fall could be explained by the system's forknowledge of the return of the Smith virus. At least it would be a far better explanation than the river being the best way to dispose of the codes.

yeah...bout that...I coulda told them he'd be back...infact I did, screw it then. When Seraph turns towards The Frog and his cast of B-Movie rejects, I'll be there with a bag of popcorn

This a cool event recap. I have to put my vote on the good side of Seraph. I don't really think the storyline is going to make him bad, but we'll just have to see.

Perhaps we should be looking for what all of his victims have have in common? Any similar history? Heightened neurokinetics? Maybe people that have come into contact with Unlimits in incidents in the past? I doubt he'd be so selective in who he attacked if he were all that insane. I know I wouldn't.
