During the start of the first trial, Mobius and HJBeta were still tradeable, so everyone a lot of people got their hands on them anyway, thats was the first blow to their exclusivity.

Ah, that meas you have to go and buy (or code) the abilities first. Check the Opertive Vendor behind the Uriah South West Hardline to buy the abilities you need then 'Upload' them at the Hardline then you can load them up.

Are you sure you have leveled the preceding abilities up? Hit 'L' and switch to the other tab to level up each ability
