Hey all, I am really new to this game. I have all the prerequisites for me Operative ability, and I have enough memory available (10/36), but it's still not letting me activate my Operative ability. Any one else run into this?

Are you sure you have leveled the preceding abilities up? Hit 'L' and switch to the other tab to level up each ability
Yes I have, I only need Awakened lvl 1 (at level 5), Combat insight lvl 2 (at level 5), hindering shot and the other prerequisite. All of them are trained.
Okay, It says, "Ability Not in Code Storage"
Ah, that meas you have to go and buy (or code) the abilities first. Check the Opertive Vendor behind the Uriah South West Hardline to buy the abilities you need then 'Upload' them at the Hardline then you can load them up.
You must buy or code the ability and upload it first.
Here is a little guide so you know what Abilities you have and what you need.
Ability Tree Key:
- Icon: Colorless
Outline: White ~ Dont have the Ability - Icon: Colorless
Outline: Red ~ Have the Ability but dont meet Pre-requisites - Icon: Colorless
Outline: Yellow ~ Have the ability and can load it - Icon: Full Color
Outline: Yellow ~ Ability loaded and can be used/your getting the passives
