Actually the area might be of Debir court.....but the Two buildings that are on either side of the court have either changed or been removed, since there are piles of trash where they used to stand..

Better question....Why are there TWO collectors.....and an Item vendor....interesting.....That place doesn't look like Debir court...and the first picture is of Rare coming out of the hardline at Median East....
