Another options could be, that they added a extra or two slot's in your inventory for something new like a belt.

I use both Halsey and Kessay, but use Stinger sometimes in IL depending on what i am up against. Is there a silent level 50 Halsey sniper rifle around? If not, i then we think we should have one!
