Is there a male lvl 50 coat that gives thrown damage of 3 % ? I can only find a lvl 34 with thrown damage on it.

Dont they do internal testing with the patch before they release it off to the patch servers for consumer downloading? I mean, how many times has the player had to do a work around for a bug on this game caused by a patch? /shrug
