RP events shouldn't be about money or item prizes. They're about getting involved with a story. Try to think of a good involving storyline. That should be enough to draw in the RPers.

As far as I'm aware Aikido Grandmaster has always been the closest we've had to a tanking class, what with the high defenses and abilities like Iron Body and Serene Calm.
