I'm actually going to lock this thread since it's kind of old and there are more relevant threads in the SOE discussion forum.

As Fan Faire is being held at a casino/hotel in Vegas...there will be more security then you can shake a stick at..

Servers are scheduled to be restarted at 4:00 AM PDT on Thursday, June 12th . Servers should be back up within an hour or two of shutdown.

On Thursday, June 5th at 4:00 AM Pacific Time the servers will go offline for a hotfix and should return to service within 3 hours of shut down.

It appears there was a hiccup with the billing server. Since you have to have a valid active billing to post, the unfortunate side effect is that until the forums could verify billing, you couldn't post.
