So I tested the buff/debuff thing. If you cast a buff or debuff on another player it will stay in affect on them even if you unload it. If you buff yourself and unload it then it will vanish. If someone debuffs you, you can't wipe that deb...

I think if SOE decided to change our server setup they'd be most likely to shift everyone from Recursion (and maybe Vector too) to Syntax and use the spare machines for another game.
