QA Server is the test server. The whole community is planning to do some OvO (Or Server vs Server) and therefor every server has it own org. I don't know exactly which server which org is, but we're Mero's, well I'm not... unless d4sh goes...

If you join a right guild with lots of nice peepz there ain't a problem with the community. I'm doing most difficult stuff with my guild and they work really well...

As a matter of fact, you can't ever suck at MxO. Every load-out has his good points. And there is always a other load-out that can kill your load-out easily. Besides that it's all based on PvP expierence and tricks. So no, he doens't suck....
