On here, like the other posters have said its 24/7 pvp. Differences in level have massive differences in pvp, so unfortunately, unless you're in a team as a aid (like a healer), then pvp is a bit pointless until you cap. As for being flagg...

Not necessarilly MA... Ma deals damage, but still takes the same amount of damage from anyone else. The damage you take depends on the clothes you're wearing primarily. So, there's not necessarily a tank tree. But tenshi is along the right...
