to change your hair color you have to get an rsi pill from one of the exile hideouts, a search for rsi pills will give you all the info you need. as for the clothes i'm sure anyone including myself would help you find them or code them for...

stack, on your red frag map you have two locations that say they drop clothing subs. Baldwin heights should say it drops operative subs.
