Yes the health pills need to reworked and inhalers too. There is no need to have 1.0 at no level and 2.0 level 6 and 3.0 at 12 then 4.0 at 25 and 5.0 at 40. You're lvl 37 and you're using a health pill for a lvl 25???? and it heals for cra...
