When you are in your account area, go to Payment sources and you should be able to add/remove any stored credit card information you want. You can also add additional cards if you so desire. Hope this helps.

Yes this should restore your chat box settings since it is the configuration settings file. So by removing it you will lose the hotbar and macros but it will reset your chat box.
The only place to have this addressed is to use the petition system, /ccr to contact the GM's. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to locate anything here in-game as this is for technical support.
