Weird map issue

Same as TimeMaker--typically when I'm at (or sometimes just near) a hardline. And it's weird, what will pop up. I once had a "Speed Limit 55" sign in my map.

Logic bomb has the silver bullet animation.

GoDGiVer said: " ...Why it's the Silver Bullet animation for most of these bugged abilities, I don't know... " I'm completely guessing, but I'd say that'd be a great way to debug. Make a default animation in the event of some sort of failu...

Mood Emotes

I definitely fall into the "just another incentive" camp--I'm guessing the level "restrictions" are more like level goodies, "bonus unlockable content!"

Advanced Style Animations

Hmm....this just made me wonder: Shin's probably right that a lot of moves could be recycled, possibly even slightly tweaked to look newer. But would anything completely new require going to the trouble of motion capture? That'd certainly...

An Animator

I suspect this is less a problem of "can we build a custom MXO SDK?" and more a question of too many cooks: let's not forget that this was a Warner Brothers property, farmed out to Sega, who recruited Monolith...and it promptly got dumped...

Unofficial MxO NPC EXPLOIT tread

Thanks pack-hunter: that at least explains one side of the equation. From the Hacker side (I have another character who's a Hacker), it's frustrating to start launching an attack, have to wait for it to build, and have the NPC step out of...

Unofficial MxO NPC EXPLOIT tread

That's what's so odd about this GypsyJuggler--I actually have more of the Spy tree loaded than any other, so my profile indicates "(Spy)". The Interlock icon in the upper-right shows Self-Defense, and the active style icon (middle of the s...

Unofficial MxO NPC EXPLOIT tread

Hrm....I've been getting one lately that baffles me. It seems to only happen when I'm missioning with other players, and I haven't found a pattern to it yet. What I do know, is that it only happens when I'm running my "Jack of all trades"...

Possibly a temp file problem--need to know more about how MXO works to fix

Thanks Phi! This is good information. Ahh...DirectX 9.0c - what a series of unfortunate events, if you've seen how many dot-release flavors are floating around out there. If my video card's not quite 9.0c compliant, I can see why there'd b...

Possibly a temp file problem--need to know more about how MXO works to fix

Well, while it worked, it was nice. As I think I'd mentioned, the problem is random. I got by for a week or two, then crashed once. With the latest patch? I'm crashing like mad. And as much fun as it might be to do a complete re-install ag...

Okay! In the interest of solving the problem--and still being able to pass the info on to others--I tried things in stages: Hardware acceleration changed in dxdiag was a no-go: still crashed New sound card drivers didn't change anything--I...

That is an excellent suggestion phi - I hadn't thought of that. I can also say disabling hdwe accel on sound didn't help...but I found newer drivers I didn't know about, so I'll try that too and let you know how it goes. Thanks again
