When i use Logic bomb in IL, i dont get the normal squat and thrust animation for hackers, i get the silver bullet one.

I know there is no animator, but wouldnt this be easy to fix as the two different animations would just need switching?

Lupine animations show Silver Bullet. Hell, even Vanish showed me Silver Bullet.

That animation bug is known since beginning of CR2.

I believe it's the same for guard breaker.

Why though? Is it really something that can't be fixed without someone good at animating?

That's got nothing to do with having or not having an Animator. It more seems like that some abilities don't have a fixed animation. It looks like instead of using a predetermined one (like it normally should), it uses different ones. Why it's the Silver Bullet animation for most of these bugged abilities, I don't know. But yes, I think that could be fixed by taking a deeper look at it.

This is a known issue

I'm completely guessing, but I'd say that'd be a great way to debug.  Make a default animation in the event of some sort of failure, be a weird specific one.  Then go step by step looking for the point that triggers the call, and watch it step into/call Silver Bullet.  When the only time you see Silver Bullet is when a player Activates one, you know you've stomped out all the failed animations.  Until something else trips it off again SMILEY
