Nope. Even then it probably wouldn't be acurate as some factions hold members that are either AFK for weeks or just have alts. Only real way to know how many there is to join them and hope for the best.

Its no issue. MxO automaticly folders each account, with all the normal files that it would. Only thing it wont do is bring over your hotbars or things like that, which you can do yourself, or just remake the hotbar Have fun!
