I think I know what breaks it. Basically, where you are on the server is sometimes different from where you are client-side. This happens I believe from latenecy issues. From how I see it, you conceal in one place where you are clientside....

From what I heard, it was a single Machine faction on Recursion that were attacking the bluepills. Good job to everyone else for showing some restraint.

Hmm. I can think of a couple of building types that might be giving this problem. After you lead them into the room, how long do you wait for? Do you attempt to have them follow you again when you enter the room? Does the NPC simply stand...

Depending on the level of the nodes you are tapping depends on the "Difficulty range" of spawns that can appear. I haven't noticed any pattern of getting more of a certain type of spawn in the way you're asking though from certain areas.
