10011 , I think they did things with the verification a bit differently last night as opposed to early this morning with new builds being pushed frequently that can happen.
Folks, If you lost your game settings including macros, UI settings, or hot keys try this out to solve the issue. Go to the "C:\Program Files\Monolith Productions\The Matrix Online\Profiles" folder Look for the folder with the old account...

MxODraconis , Actually one WBIE account can transfer to one StationID account, that's all. You'll need to have another Station login name for the other WBIE account to transfer over.
