registered NEW account but its disabled

hello there,



im a new player who just tried to register his game. all went fine, it accpted the cd-key and all

and then when i had to enter billing information my browser crashed. now i cant re-register, when

i try to login to the game it get the message "Your account has been disabled" and a website

opens where i have to enter the cd-key. When i do this i get the message that the key is already

in use.



can anybody help me with this? :/

ah now it works, when i click on account i can reenter the billing information.


but with global collect i dont have the option to use other payment methods


then credit card, which with global collect is possible f.e. with swg and eq2.


is that also planned for mxo?
