Dagonet wrote:Why were there no age requirements for LESIG?'Cause I don't care how old someone is as long as they're good.
So you don't worry that a 16 year old kid is going to be any more susceptible to leaking LESIG info to his buddies? I'm sure he can roleplay, but there is a generally a good reason why society doesn't put children in positions of responsibility.
Dagonet wrote:Rarebit wrote:Unless you meet face to face, how would you know, the name on the account means very little. Additionally experience on Vector has highlighted some exceptionally immature behaviour form people who claim to be 30+. There are other ways of proving one's age. Most employers run background checks or require a valid form of identification such as a driver's license or may even request to see a copy of your birth certificate. My point being, there are many positions to be filled in LESIG and statistically speaking at least one person is going to abuse their position and/or fail in their duties. I was just indirectly pointing out that the lack of age requirement is only further increasing the probability for incompetent, irresponsible, immature people to make it into LESIG.
Quote for later:hehe, ya, people are saying next patch, people are saying end of week, some say now, we need confirmation!
Will you tell us when you've started reviewing applications? Pretty please, 'cause I think it'd be funny to see how quick the forums will crash from so many people clicking refresh.

So, when are female RSIs getting a black/grey fedora?
better questions, is this real? Or photo shopped?
well, it certainly is SCHWEET either way, thats for sure.

PS'd. A little crudely, too.better questions, is this real? Or photo shopped?
The General got some new threads, do you think Generalista feels left out? :pWho the f is Generalista? :D

Joy, another pinch of salt for lesig. heh.

The A Monument being a link to the white halls huh? I thought Rare specifically didnt make it one cause Paul maybe had future plans for it.But why did he allow the LET to use them in this way? I mean, I suppose Invalesco just disappeared in a yellow light ball up there, but it was supposed to mean that he escaped through the door I guess.
Joy, another pinch of salt for lesig. heh.
Anyway, never got the hype around that monument door: I thought every door in the Matrix could lead to the hallways?
Anyway, it's obviously photoshopped. Have you ever been able to see the white hallways from a doorway outside of the white hallways? No. Plus the blur around the parts of the model are tall-tale signs of a 'shopping.
Spose we'll have to wait and see what the future holds for it.

The door itself does not open in-game, so it's some kind of voodoo, at any rate. I wasn't involved at all in making the image, so I really couldn't say.better questions, is this real? Or photo shopped?

whats on todays agenda?Eh... Some kind of meeting about what NoRepro likes to call "Itemization." Hopefully I can ditch out on that relatively quickly, since I'm not going to be the one implementing anything based on it as far as I know. :p
And then the usual... I'm working on chapter 7.1 stuff. I have a few character RSIs to modify today, then I have to work up an outline for the 7.1 missions and events, and start working on the missions.

was the story with the door approved yet?Did I miss something?

the door in the picture i posted on top of the azimuth monument

Ascension, I believe.
Not Azimuth.

One in the same my lad, one in the same...

I meant about the story.
no, we were just talking about the door due to a photoshopped pic of maruth in front of it

* No, you can't get to the Merovingian's space construct in-game. Muhahaha...

We are not here for your novelty!
was the story with the door approved yet?I don't really give official approval on player RP, even liaisons. We have liaisons who say they're Exiles or whatever, but you won't find story characters going out of their way to acknowledge that in live events, etc. I know we've had story characters post liaison intros in the past, but that was really just passing on what the liaisons had to say for themselves.

"I have a few character RSIs to modify today"
hmmm what sort of edits muahahahaha

I meant what you plan to do with the door, not her. Did walrus or whoever give the OK on what you plan to do with the door?
"... but that was really just passing on what the liaisons had to say for themselves."
For future quotage, if it's deemed worthy lol
Since the liaisons themselves can post now, should we be expecting the liaisons to formally introduce themselves, perhaps even in the LE section? I quite enjoyed the liaison postings by proxy in the past and I'd like to see more of that, especially now that it won't require the extra step of going through an LE characters post.

GF, nice 1 v 1, all me son!
GypsyJuggler wrote:What do you think about Male Boxers and Female Suits?Sounds like a party!
Are the chances of that sort of thing happening at all good?
Oh, you mean in the game. Uh... Some sort of suit-ish thing for women is probably more likely than boxers.
You broke my heart rarebit.

Viva La Boxers!!!

And yeah, I got pwn3d by the Itemization monster.

What's an Itemization meeting???

For future quotage:
Since it's apparently not that hard to add a tracker to the forum, are you ever going to bring back the LE Character Tracker. It was a nice feature so I didn't have to sort through the LE forums to find the most recent one when the tracker was listed in order.

Does the abilitys in your Hotbar like the meatwad one have Re-use timers?

Shadow-SK wrote:What's an Itemization meeting???
Its an industry term used to describe how items are distributed within a game. This inlcudes distribution across levels, % of item types available and several other overall catagories.
