Always do tiny hard missions...especially after lvl 20 or 25. That gets you the most xp.

You are correct.....you cannot stagger, dazed etc with percise blow or energized attacks. I think this includes punishing blows as well but im not sure....i never use it. Im not sure if it is a bug but it is there.
