i think the command your looking for is msconfig , click the startup tab to stop umwanted processes being started up in the first place.

ill tell you where there are a couple that i have found. near stamos nw hardline or lucero point south central. some seem to be near monuments as well. im guessing there is one in most if not all districts

no you must be working off the old event schedule as SOE hasnt put a new one up on dn1 yet. that schedule no longer applies. if DN1 is ever updated there will be a comletely different schedule.

they are available to everyone in the same organisation who has a sufficiant reputation. they are part of the main storyline, unlike standard missions which are just boring and repetitive after a while. hope this answers you question!:smil...

i also tried to get it today and couldnt, i tried mutliple districts, and still nothing. is there a minimum amout of rep points you have to have to get the mission?
