Account converted August 18 but why does it still not show on station.sony.com?

Warner Bros. I know mine was renewed just before the change over
so I should have ~3 months paid for (plus the 1 free) but that page
only lists the subscription info with Sony. I just want to make
sure that everything is in order.

Adval,
Pretty much that is true, however it should be on the website soon.
Excellent! Can't wait till that's in place. I'll have much more peace of mind when it is.
Yes!
Both SWG and Mxo show up now on my station.sony.com My Subscriptionspage!!!!
MxO showed up earlier this week. I have been meaning to post that as an update, but only now finally came to do it.
HURRAY!!

Yes, after going to http://station.sony.com and clicking My Account, it shows both SWG and MxO. I can click on either one and (after supplying my password again) I can then see a summary of that game, and when the current payment runs out, and the next payment method that will be used. It can be changed there as well - for either game.
I went ahead and converted over to Station Access, and both games came over (and ended up with the same end date - they became synchronized). I have now installed both PlanetSide and EQ2, and they also appear now on My Account (I won't go into the MAJOR PAIN it was to get both those games to actually run though! It was pretty bad
).
So for me, it appears everything is working as it should, account wise.
Cheers,
Martek

Like Zorya, I just want to know how much remaning time I have from the WB rollover, so I sent a email to support, and they came back with 'This accounts next charges are 8/15/05'.
Very helpful as you can see. Hopefullt next email which has everything spelt out on detail, twice, will get me the answer I need.
Update: Email recived (fast at least) with 'I apologize for the inconvenience.
You account is currently using the time period left with your WB subscription. Once the time period is over , you will be billed and you will be getting 30 days free on the account.'
Again, less than helpfull. I'll try a 3rd time.

message received from the CS:
Unfortunately the remaining time left over from WBIE is not reflected on any MXO account. The best way to calculate the remain time left is to find out when you were last billed before 08/15/2005. If it was a monthly subscription add 30 days to the last time you were billed. That end result will be when your next billing cycle takes effect.
So they don't know or won't say.
I'm sorry, but that is far beyond amateur... That's disgusting. I don't think I will be supporting this game once my credit runs out (which after checking through my paperwork is 6 months paid on the 1st April, +30 day free with the game code = 1st November, that is if SOE haven't moved/changed that.)
go to the page and change your subscription.. before you "believe" it
expires. They won't charge you at the time if you are still under the
other subscription.

I got my mxo account for me and my friend back in 06/05 and we had the
free month from WB around august the switched happen.. and now I was in
doubt to when is it that I was going to be charged! So what I did was
after.. many phonecalls *and not answering back* and after live chats
*and no assistance* and after going back and foward with customer
service rep.. which I think are a bunch nutcases that can't figure
things out...
I decided to grow some balls and give the thing a shot to see if it
worked. And when you do the "edit subscription" and put the one you
want. It will tell you "No charge will occur at this time". So that
should answer your question.
I do agree that Sony's page is not very descriptive. Customer
service..from my experience.. and OPINION.. sucks.. horribly.. in every
end.
