There is a bug that causes bonuses to Block Tactics to be added to Special Attacks. There is a fix for this issue in the next update to the game, which is scheduled for this week pending testing results.

Players who choose to use a Station Access account with MxO will get a bonus 30 days added to their full Station Access pass after their first billing period with SOE post the MxO billing transition.
