Problems with rank being set to "Jacked Out", losing ability to receive/send Private Messages, and being unable to post are related to SOE Services Maintenance (station store/billing server).

This maintenance could affect your forum rank temporarily and cause you to not be able to post or receive private messages. If you continue to have problems, try logging out of the forums (top right side), delete your cookies/cache, close...
