Ok Kivo, sorry for the delay. There will be no viral attacks from the patcher side either, any abs that cancel or delete an upgrade that works on the VD/VT system, will not be allowed. There will also be no Proxy/Utility simulacras allowed...

i will be counting each hit with the said weapon - so if you one person got hit 3 times, he got killed once, and if one person is hit 5 times, hes is killed once also, not twice, but was hit more than thrice and doesnt get a prize...still...
