I think I may have found a solution. I'm going to try to launch from the Station Launcher, becuase it said it could not find game when I scanned it.

I did, and I hit Accept. It greys out, and he just stands there. I heard from a friend who plays that Nairobi is supposed to get you, but nothing happens on my end.

I just got the game, and started it up. I went throught the RSI creations screen, saw the alley with the camera, filled out the name stuff, hit accept and nothing happened. The buttons greyed out and my guy just kinda stands there. Nothing...
