As a suggestion for the guns fight that the sleep walkers and the Area K not be worn together maybe get rid of the pants..

these fights could last up to 30 mins if both used the regen is ridiculus and w0w yeah it just takes for ever ..

Your duels Pyro? have you dueled experienced MAs wearing those pants to see what we're talking about? Experienced MA vs another Experienced MA with both of them wearing sleepwalker pants will never end.

Any item that can be obtained by all should be allowed, since if both competitors are wearing them, it wouldn't make a difference.

I think what byond is saying is that while many other clothing items have HP Regen, none of them are significant enough to throw a fight one way or another if only one combatant has it. But, SW Pants will.

But Then surely if you spent all that time farming them, you did for a reason and if someone couldn't be bothered or didn't have enough time then surely they should deal with the fact that they haven't got them and not turn up or try there hand anyway and not complain? thats my opinion so i don't want know flame after this, Sleepwalkers won't throw a fight used on there own anyway, so you could easily say, well we're not having an area K anymore because it has high resistance, good defense and a decent health regan...

Generally my point is: Did you not farm good clothing like this for events pacificly? (aside from PvP and general collecting)

I think alot of the choices you guys have made for this tourniment have been good choices,  I've been gittin word though that we can't use sleepwalker pants, is this true? and if it is then I guess theres a number of things I disagree with, obviously the whole Gi thing, I understand why your doing it, but isn't this to see who the best is?  maybe someone can switch their clothes up underneathe the Gi but does that mean their gunna win? not to mention if you can change yur clothes in combat anyway then why not just face facts and allow it... I realize its against the Eula but who doesnt honestly, its impossible to win just goin into battle with guestimated clothes on.

Ofcourse they will, espically over someone who isn't doing that, and espically since the fact that most people that enter these tourneys are quite skilled players at that, and not to mention a lot of known stackers enter and would jump at the chance to have a closed coat (GI whatever).

I barely ever use a Gi and the only thing I really do use one for is for MKT, so that sucks for me for the freestyles cuz if I git put against an MKT im done for, and I dont think clothes switching is destroying the point of a duel at all, because when you find the clothing that kills your enemy more effectively then your oppenant should realize that they need to change something to counter yours, so that its not just a one sided fight, it literally is a fight, for who knows how to find the best combination of their clothes.

 All duels should be naked......lol

The point i was generally trying to put across was, Every tourament on vector that i've ever known of hasn't allowed clothing switching in duels, and so thats just how it goes. if your gonna make a tourney anytime sure allow it. This is how the rules stand.

If you're going to take people's info to enter a tournament then run the tournament properly, last year's went fine as far as I experienced. This year however, every event I have observed has had problems with cheating, people not knowing the rules (they usually tend to be from a certain faction, wonder why) etc. Heck, in the gun tournament today someone from PdS was wearing a close front jacket (Elite Commando Jacket) that didn't get noticed for the longest time and it was pointed out by someone who wasn't even judging...

And do i really need to explain the comment to you? This thread has been full of complaints since the first event started...

I'm not going to try and validate the claims made by bayamos or anything as I don't personally know that information for myself and it is nice that Dark Evolution has taken the time to organize these events, but you guys have to pay more attention to this stuff and start treating everyone fairly. And don't come back at me with another "give me examples" post either, you know what's been happening, I observed it for myself and it was reported to the judges by other parties.

Then again, it is your tournament and as I said before, none of my info is on the line so I won't take it personally should things continue the way they have.

He wasn't using victory when his power attack, or maybe it was for the dual pistol execution, because he have dual handguns with dazed %

Again, I'm not trying to make a personal attack as I have never had a problem with anyone from Dark Evolution. I'm simply calling it how I see it because I know quite a few people have voiced opinions to me and kept it amongst themselves. If no one brings things like this to light then nothing will get resolved and you will have people that aren't having fun which is the ultimate goal in a computer game.

Dual pistol execution does effect at the end of the animation, or maybe he used his dual pistols with dazed % for the power attack for a error or anything

Also, any state chances on weapons do not apply during special moves, they only apply on normal attacks. Otherwise, you would see Full Auto Reduxes stunning all the time, which has not occured once. Therefore, there is no way that a Dual Pistol Execution could daze someone whether or not the guns used for the Dual Pistol Execution have a chance to daze or not.

You can't state someone when using a special attack.
