Yea man absolutely, it's anyone's game. That's a good article you referred to, it'll be interesting to see who wins out between the Cards' Pro Bowl receivers and the Steelers secondary. Also, Roethlisberger may put up mediocre numbers during the regular season, but he's a proven big-game QB. I'm obviously biased towards Warner and Arizona, but it should be a solid game any way you slice it.

so um, who's gonna go to the superbowl?  I'll be there...

We can hang.  Or something.  Anyways, they have the field set up and stuffs ready, bring it on.

I'm goin for the cards on this one.

It's all irrelevant. The Raiders will dominate the NFL soon and establish a streak that will last hundreds of years.

You just never know if you're RP wife is a psychologically insane IC axe murderer. :/

It would be nice to see some of the forgotten teams of the 70s, 80s and even 90s, make a good comeback to their yesteryear days. Raiders, Lions, Bengals etc. All teams that, in the past, were forces to reckon with, yet in recent years, not so much.

I wish I could go to the Super Bowl, it's definitely on my to do list one of these years.

So after a 100 yard fumble rumble by the defensive player of the year, disrupting what would have been a 14-10 Cardinal lead going into the locker room, the Steelers currently lead 17-7. Funny how quick a football game can be turned around.

Oh well, keep hope Arizona fans, permanant and temporary! Still a half to go, lol

The end of the first half was the craziest I've ever seen. So many fluke things are turning the game around completely.

They always say a good defense is the catalyst to a winning team, and the Cardinals' D certainly let them down on that final Steelers drive. It's a shame to see such an awesome drive by Warner and Co. that gives you the lead by wasted by lousy defense.

At any rate, a very good game tonight.

The Steelers need to reign in that attitude.  Especially #92.  Yes, you have the longest run in Superbowl history.  No, that does not give you allowance to be an *******.

That argument could be made, seeing as how the same guy who made the 100 yard fumble rumble earlier, should have been thrown out for his belegerant punching of that one Cardinal tight end while he was down. Got off with an Unnecessary Roughness call, where as in another game, he'd of been thrown out for that.

Penalty wise, the Cardinals shot themselves in the foot a few times, 11 pentalies for over 100 yards.

But as I said, Warner's experience showed tonight in orchastrating a come back from a 13 point deficit at halftime. It was the defense who ultimately let them down, a defense which stuffed the Steelers on their previous drives, which helped fuel that 13 point come back. Maybe they ran out of steam, or maybe they lost focus. Who knows?

But meh, I don't look at it from a rigged perspective - all I see is a bunch of 'experts' who said that the Steelers would blow the Cardinals out of the water, and they won by less than a touchdown. It also shows that experience (ala Warner and Fitzgerald) can account for a lot in turning losing games into nail biters up until the final whistle.

And another thing, just because you're ranked #1 in defense doesn't mean anything when it comes to the team who won the other half of the trip to the Big Game. Just remember that SMILEY

I agree completely, the Cardinals came and played a great game. And perhaps if a few very minor mistakes had been taken out the equation we would be seeing Warner saying "I'm going to Disney World!" I really wanted to see Arizona take the win as I like watching the underdog be victorious, and I know that the Cardinals were STARVING for this win and it showed. But minor fouls here and there and mistakes changed the circumstances. All in all though it was an amazing game.

OFT. I had a great time watching the game. Was sick as a dog. Tho i was routing for the steelers. Love there intensity! But defo wouldnt have minded seeing the cards take home the trophy. Would have been a great ending for them. Good Luck to them next year.
