I would also be worried about the Hyper change but there is one major reason why I'm not!
Ability versus ability does not know Defense. And we all know most people spam down their abs like water on a hot day.
Edit: When you use an ability you automatically delete one thing from the round and that is your own defense. Attack is the best defense for those that lack it. Normal vs Ab = Acc vs Acc, Ab vs Ab = Acc vs Acc, Normal vs Normal = Acc&Def vs Acc&Def
One of the reasons why I would be against only being able to load 1 hyper is that I usually don't have any room on my hotbar to put up all my Hypers to switch on the occassion. ESPECIALLY while using Spy and Hacker.
That's why I load up hyper deflect and one other so I don't have to go back all of the time to switch, and so I can have more room on my hotbar.
It would seem to me that a single hyper at a time is more balanced, is it more fun? I'm not sure.
I say a better solution than the two hypers leaving a player "weak" against a single tree that keeps hackers the king of free fire and MAs king of interlock. Is:
Boost +interlock accuracy of Gunmen, MA, and MKT MA moves (hell add 10 or 20 points or something). Shorten the buff timer to 10 seconds on serene calm and boost the + defense to 100 on all defenses Maybe change Iron Body to a self debuff wipe (instead of limited + resistance ability for duels) Increase the debuff timers for hackereveryones out of interlock abilities to keep people out of interlock (it should be possible to kite someone around in this game without getting a perfect set of hacks/shots/and to a lesser extent knives (they tend to be a little more reliable) landing)
lol I doubt you know what you're talking about. All these bonuses you want to change are influencable.
Changing IL move acc boosts by adding 10 or even 20 pts of acc to all moves will have a dramatic impact on everything. Though it would be nice to know WHEN IL abs get influenced (do they get influenced and the added to the influenced base acc or do they get added to the base acc and then that result will be influenced? that does make a big difference!)
Serene calm boost all +100 def? You crazy? After influencing +100 def gets to 150-190 def, MA then could max out ALL defenses including Throw def just by activating Serene calm.
Increasing debuff timers? Oh thanks BUT NO THANKS.

Yes changing them universally by that amount minus the hacker abilities wouldn't change anything but the hacker match ups ability in interlock
And yes for 10 seconds it would be godly defense...for 10 seconds....enough time to get into interlock from range I dunno maybe 6 to 8 seconds would be more realistic?

I dunno anything would be better than having most players with strong defense against three trees (a universal nerf to all trees). The single hyper is definitely a step in the right direction. Balance through buffs not nerfs
Single hyper is epic fail, especially with the stupid-*CENSORED* stuff that they have done to try and balance it out. I felt that it was one of the things that actually kept hackers in-check and kept the game balanced. I'll be interested to see what effect it has. Other than that, not fussed about the extra additions. The patrolling npc's not going to 0, 0, 0 is nice though.

Overall it sounds like a great update. There have been alot of people dying for new content and or areas in the game....and finally it's here. It actually make me want to play on a regular basis again.

They are saved locally in your game install under your profiles > accountname > UI so if you just copy the UI folder that'll keep the settings on your hotbar from the point. (any changes after that will not be backed up)
