oh and a hat
Well they look cool and would add great to the Silver Glovers effect and the red bandana. Now we just need a red code like Brewko's and we have it all.
img>Thos look pretty cool, and they are building upon the tutorial run for new players, brilliant ^_^

I think they look pretty cool, I'm sure we'll see many people wearing them in their normal non-pvp attire...
1. They look awesome.
2. Yay for more Uriah content!
3. Look at the name. "Headless". Perhaps the "price" is that if you wear them for a certain amount of time, your rsi's head will go transpearant a la Ethereals?

Hmm... the price could be something other than $info, inner strength regen at the cost of some Health or tactics?
I hope its not Enraged >_<

It's a good point, but unless you want that for your RSI, it'd make them less desirable if that happened, but it could open up a whole new angle on peoples backgrounds and/or RP (if they do RP that is..) I for one hope that you are wrong.. but the name certainly puts a strong lean to your supposition....
Ooooo very nice! These will go nice with those who wear the demon army trench.

EDIT: heh the link from the main site works now

This better not be a new player only.
Well, the industrial jacket could be obtained without the newbie ID cards/notes, I imagine this will be the same. If not, it'll probably be tradable like the other industrial gear, so you can use an alt.

These look cool, but with cool stuffs clogging my inventory I'll have to seriously weigh up this one - especially if it comes at "a price!!"
But nevertheless I'll probably still get them, how do we think they'll appear, more training? Another Mercury mission?

I wonder if it is that, if it is I may have a look on Vector for the carnage for the first drop
Saying that, on Syntax and Recursion, someone will flag and that will turn into a last man standing gets the shades too
Roll on update 54. Fanfaire shirt combo...hmm not convinced...but regardless....lets roll.
I will sure get these.

I'm all for new textures, new items, generally any stuff is ok in my books. But why put code lines on glasses?
++ New item
-- Bad texture
Glasses with code lines.

The Awakening glasses code looks good, but this code on rifter shades looks a little meh

hehehe i kept my newb ID card for some odd reason and know it looks like it might have been a good idea looking forward to shades
It had better not require a noob card or be part of the noob collector series requiring you to reroll. Hell if I'm gonna sacrifice a Mobius Code for a pair of sunglasses.

Wont the glasses be tradeable along with the Industrial gear?
Even if its not, I dont think they will be locked to new players only, look at the Awakened Jacket.

I still have to shoot myself for getting the glasses and not the jacket...Code lines on glasses is a big 'no' imho when all MXO's clothes have a realistic look. We should get buffs that alter the glasses and leave them looking normal when we're buffless. Even making those rifters completely black would've looked far better if you ask me. Same goes for the awakening shades.
No because if you think about it all you'd have to do is get someone to create a new character and just keep rerolling and farming them. The Matrix would be awash in Headless Glasses.Wont the glasses be tradeable along with the Industrial gear?
Something is weird about these glasses. The code in them looks all bent and weird when the Awakening glasses look more sraight. And the glasses themselves look like the code has been pasted over them when the other glasses look like the code is behind it. Plus the code moved when your head or camera moves so hopefully these will do that, too.
Idk, it looks like a weird photoshop job to me. There's no shine on them. Hopefully they will look better in game. And I'll still be getting them anyway.
We formally request this texture be applied to the Fan Faire Shirt.
Seconded.
Looks cool, i wonder what the female Shades look like
