Most can't see them, my friends--the numbers behind the names. It it well that it is so. It lies with us to keep this data--this painful truth--from the delicate eyes of the sleepers, lest their shock of revealed vision render this world as dark as the other.

Looks like an excellent event and I'm glad to see Cryptos is back to kicking @ss and taking names!  SMILEY

And who exactly died and gave you the right to decided that the sleeping should not be awoken?

I'm going to have to say, umm, the machines, yea, I think they did.  Yea I'm pretty sure of it.  *nods*

Wrong! If thats true then everything anyones said about blues only being slaves is true. After all your denying someone the choice in leaveing should they want to. Sorry bud but the right to decided when and if they want to wake up belongs only to the sleeper and no one has the right to take that away.

You do realize that the blues have already made the choice, even if the choice was at a near sub-conscious level right?  That's why 99% of them do accept the Matrix program, and why only 1% reject it, because 99% of the human population do want to be asleep, and they do accept the reality in which they are presented.

I'm well aware of the sublimital choice that the world around them hides and manipulates so that they are never both fully aware of it nor able to make a real descsion about it, yes. But that hardly has anything to do with Cryptos and the Machines no longer allowing even the 1% that suposidly want out a way out or his claims of knowing exactly how they will react. Thought Cryptos was a magician, not a fortune teller.

You know, I've got a feeling Cryptos was talking about the 99%.

Just a feeling.

Is that why the Machines and Cypherites keep killing Zionites and destroying REPs? Last I checked Zion only looked to find and free those apart of the 1%.

#36300291648 07/25/2007 23:08:58 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07
My, this progressed rather fast, now didn't it? This really is just another version of "Who started it?" Machines locked down on the awakenings, Zion was taking more than was thought allowed. You wanna know something, how about we're all to blame and call it an evening?
#36300291656 07/25/2007 23:20:33 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07
This is hardly a blame game as it is already apparent where the blame lies. This is about two groups denying people their right to the decided if they want to know the truth. Nothing more nothing less.

It's always a pleasure to be led into battle by the man himself.
#36300291699 07/26/2007 00:36:41 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07
Well Cryptos certainly lived up to his name in that one!! So what was all that about eh? I suspect it was giving some story element to the satelite luggables.
#36300291721 07/26/2007 01:35:57 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07
Those actually weren't luggables in the buildings, they put actual signal boosters there or something because they couldn't be picked up.
#36300291777 07/26/2007 04:36:07 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07

I'd just like to thank and congradulate everyone involved on a well executed operation.  The defenses around those boosters were alot stronger then we had anticipated, yet you overcame them.  It was an honour to fight beside you all.

As for all the data we swiped.  I'm still working on it.  I'll drag Dreami in to see if I'm missing anything too.  I'll get something more specific to you as soon as possible.

#36300291787 07/26/2007 05:05:12 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07

You have to admire the Cypherite mentality, "hey you know that thing....that thing that didnt work last time...or the time before that...oh and the time before that..... that thing that its really obvious wont work ....... well thats the thing we want to try now yay!"

Is there a credible organisation left in the Matrix.......oh yes just one!

I finally realized what this was about after Sutola's post...so data was hidden in locations inside what looked like signal boosters? I couldn't tell originally.

I was only there for about half the event, but from what I saw it was fairly nice. Cryptos is an awesome and deep character, he makes everything fun.
#36300292067 07/26/2007 13:51:16 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07
I liked him more when he was popping out of boxes as a street carny.  Anyway looks like they are cooking up something crazy over in Cyph-land and when that happens its best if everyone keeps an eye on their cranial jacks.
#36300292081 07/26/2007 14:12:55 Re:[8.1.2] Ghosts walk this place - Vector - 7/24/07

As soon as I saw Cryptos walk through that doorway, I knew the day was won. I look forward to seeing what Zion tried so hard to defend, it may just spell their doom once and for all.

You know where to find me, Sutola. Please be sure to contact me when the code is cracked.
