Last night, I grabbed a couple of box three's, just to test out my new tactics. The boxes that I used to drop for sheer fun times are now harder than....well....hard. My biggest and worst problem with this was that when I would die, and if I was stunned, or with sever artery or anything of the sort, after I would recon, those would still be in effect. So...I'd come out of the hardline and not be able to use any abilities because it had been "disabled due to a virus". Which I'd have to /suicide and recon and come back out, just to clear. And it wasn't just me, either, it was basically 1) die 2)recon 3) /suicide 4)recon 5) hehe all done now.... This is a terrible bug, and if it's been mentioned, I apologize, but I searched and looked, but I can't find it anywhere. Help - It's killing me. Repeatedly :smileyvery-happy::smileysad:

the exact same thing has been happening to me.
also what really cheese me off is after dying in interlock you reconstruct with the effects of combat negative state permantley active.
which means:
A) you have the whole -80% Is / health regn rate
B) you cannot activate any of the new named buffs -eg:upgrade artist upgrade /kung fu grandmaster upgrade.
the only way to clear this is to
a) Get into interlock and hope it go's after the fight ends.
OR
b) Go to the loading area and then jack back in.
i know it is one of the easier bugs to fix but it is time consuming and an annoyance.
i have faith that the developement team would not want us going into an aniversary event with such horrendous disadvantages because lets face it the whole game now revolves around the named buffs to give you the slight advantage you need to overcome same level enemies never mind the ones who are 5-10 lvs higher.
pleaes dont prove me wrong devs.

I have to log in and out of the game to get rid of this each time I die it seems /bug'd it...but really annoying....can't use any abilities due to 'effects of combat'
Glad to see our group wasn't alone in this. It sooooo blows. And I'm really hating coming out of the hardline with no IS and my evade shield saying that it JUST popped and I can't even activate it till after the timer finishes. But then, a /suicide will fix that too :smileyindifferent
I need as good a repro on this as possible I can't seem to get it to reproduce intnerally. I anyone has good steps to get this happen in a more controlled fashion please PM me them.
It seems to be if you are stunned and then go through a HL. I got stunned by a wounding shot, I thin it was, then went through a HL and got this bug.
I can't pin this down at all. It happens with pvp...happens on missions =/ Each time I die on a box 3 mission I have to relog....I'll try and keep an eye out for a pattern, but haven't noticed one thus far.
I don't do the pvp anymore, but just stand in the middle of a box three, or maybe in front of a firing squad and get hit with wounding shot or sever artery a couple of times. You'll go down fast and then recon....you'll have DE and the stun sign right beside it. Then you turn on your abils and it says that ya can't cause you have a virus. (then you suicide cause you can't go into a box defenseless!) :smileysad:
I had a logic cannon 2.0 hit me during the event that killed me... left me in the state mentioned here.

Thank you to everyone for you help I got this one narrowed down and filed.
For future reference if you /suicide the immunity will be removed also. But if you prefer not to die just log out and back in.
The bug appears to be if you die while certain DoTs are running on you an immunity timer buff will be placed on you preventing any of your abilities to be used.
