How to use Force Multiplier?

What do we see here? I can´t kill a lvl 14 as FM if i use hacker-style. Played a bit around and i think i know where the problem is.

The self-Buffs like Force Enhancer are buffing ballistic stats. But the hacker-style is not a gun-style. But i must use a gun to do damage. But if i use a gun, the hacker-style turns off and turns on every time i try to use an ability. It took me 3 times to get combat aura running because it was canceled the first two times because a new interlock round startet ( with guns in my hands ) and turned the hacker-style off.

Confusing, because the FM root is hacker doing Viral damage but using guns doing ballistic damage.
Or am i doing something wrong?

Unless your using viral attacks your style shouldnt be hacker.  Switch it to self defense and your damage should go up.

Actually you want to select your gun not self defense.

There is a known bug write now with styles that can cause you to end up using the wrong style when you have the passvie abilty that grants it unloaded.

You would'nt happen to know the priority of that bug being fixed do you NoRepro?
