You can use the music you want im sure as long as it's not vulgar and riddled with foul language.  And hell yea you can add sound effects. Also you can download the file from this website with all their official sound effects.

That's what i did in "Jackout" and i add special fx too such as explosions, bullets impacts and more...

Close to the mark but not quite there, no matter we can still succeed, the location for everyone to meet will be on the bridge at mara c, if you are a later comer you are still welcome in the movie this will take probably an hour to record so please be pateint with the instructions, Thanks again.

Sup MXO I'm finally back with an update, The TNS video is finally finished it is being uploaded as I write this, the original file was 3.27 Gigs and that was an uncompressed avi file, but since I'm not a **bleep** and want everyone to be able to watch this vid I sacarficed some quality (after about 8 hours of trying to find the right codec) and I brought the size down to  336 megabytes, this is as best I could get it without it looking crappy like the agent fight vid. this is an mpeg file so it should play on just about any vid player.

Summary - The TNS has set up a meeting with a self aware blue pill for extraction, an agent intercepts the meeting and kidnaps the blue pill, Grace of Darkness is sent in to retreive him. He infiltrates the Kalt Chemical Government Buildings  Park East location, but finds out that the machines have sent an agent to stop him. Grace flees the building wounded, he jacks out to heal, he calls for back up from allied factions, they set up a meeting to discuss the plan on rescuing the potential. The team decides to be a distraction so that grace can access the building once more. on the roof top of Kalt Zion and machine operatives fight meanwhile Grace infiltrates the building one more time to find that thew blue pills location is in midian park, gracce leave the building. A werewolf that was lying in wait seesd the dead gaurds he chases after Grace fo a battle to the death, Grace defeats him and teleports to Midian, he finds the blue pills and greets him so they can ready for extraction.

This mini movie has alot of music but I think only two matrix songs , Burly Brawl from Matrix reloaded and Wire Fu from The Matrix online

This took alot of effort and pateince and I appreciate everyone who helped with it. The video should be accessible by 8pm E a link will be posted on the Main boards and the syntax forums, please stay tuned.

Hey man can you give any help on what codec you used? I havent watched
it yet, but since you found one and I've been on an epic search for
one...what'd ya use?

Download in process, but 336Mo!! How long is the movie? 45 min?

And for the codec, Mpeg4 is lighter than Mpeg 2 . Mpeg 2 is the dvd encoding format (or tv satelite broadcasting), that's why your file is so heavy. Try to use Divx codec your file will be lighter and quality should stay good.

3) When do you actually need the movies by to show them to SOE? I can
put the file up in a medium-res version but if you want to show it on a
big-screen in high-resolution then I'll have to burn it to a DVD and
send it in and if you actually need it on the 1st then I should
probably over-night it tomorrow.

Ok guys, this last production isn t supposed to be shown for the contest but you'll find the first bullet time effect in an MxO movie hehe.

This video is the third episod from a private event currently running. Don't pay attention on the french subtitles (those who understand of course read lol) just enjoy the visual effects

Actually its only 10:58, I put so much stuff in there is why it's so big plus I didn't want to sacrafice quality,

I apoligize for the codec mix up I to say I was going to use the DVD codec, the Mpeg 4 codec wouldn't work with my program for some reason, I'll get a better divx HD quality if I can.

I finished my first movie. It clocks in at 108mb so be warned about the size of download.

This movie is in 4 parts but still one vid. Since its 12 minutes long, if you want to pick any of the "chapters" instead of the whole thing its ok cause I have them individually rendered. I also have them uncompressed so that its in "high def" for SOE's viewing pleasure.

This is my first ever attempt at editing a movie and got the hang of it after the first chapter. My favorite one is the 3rd chapter...

I'm getting a better host soon and will update the thread. Right now its on a friends server and it can't be on there very long. If the link is not working when you read this then look for another thread cause I'll post the other hosting link soon.

Thanks to everyone who let me direct them cause they were all very patient.

Also, this is going to be the backstory of a future PET live event on Vector...so keep an eye out for it!
