Cmon man. I have glowing eyes when I use data-miner. It's a no brainer.
I fought this dude named Kayossss with it. Total pwnage. 
The whole "Data Miner is overpowered" thing is a lame joke that is recycled way too much.

Yeh but DM doesnt just have no combat use, it really has no use whatsoever so...
But wouldn't it be cool if you could use Syphon Data to suck Health Points from an enemy into yourself?

Data mining is the meditation of the Matrix.
If you only load the very basic data miner ability, you can get a lot of other stuff 
If you go up the tree, you don't have too much room. Still, I like using that loadout in duels
