Thanks a bunch for keeping these up to date. Though, I have to say that when Monolith was doing the in game movies, I understood what was going on. Trying to figure out what has happened and what is happening now is a little more difficult than I would like. Sure wish SOE would just take the time to do in game movies instead of drawing them.

Anyway, thanks again!

Yeah, most of the stuff going on in the storyline is more easily understood through the critical missions. The cinematics now are more of...introductions to the subchapters.

I find the MxO entry in Wikipedia to have a good story summary (even though there seems to be some kind of pissing contest on that site for some reason)

In-game it shows a screenshot preview, nothing to do with the video file at all. The video file is not uploaded to the server yet for some reason.

9.2 should be available now.
#36300384188 01/10/2008 10:26:18 Re:Cinematic Downloads - Inbrowser or Save to HD

I can't get any of the cinematics to work now.  I just get a black screen.

Edit:  Never mind, it works now.  It's a good one!  A-List vocal talent ftw!!!!!!

Is Chapter 9.3 / Update 58 due out soon?  I thought it was at the end of every six week cycle on Thursdays or so.

It should be due out Friday morning: there was a small delay with the new patch.

Nonsense! They're fixing problems *before* they're released, not after. That's better.

Second one doesn't sound any friendlier then the first, but from what it sounds they don't like each other to begin with so maybe we can use that.

Indeed, but how did I know there would be another one? Maybe I'm psychic. Or maybe it was that predictable.

Also, the second one looks just like the Merv. I swear.

1.3: If I hadn't seen Morpheus getting gunned down, odds are I'd never have started playing.

3.2: Cryptos is awesome - fact.

7.2: The scene in the real was sheer awesome, and the music was really good. Wish they'd release an mp3 of it.

7.3: See 7.2

8.1: The plot twist we all were waiting for, that some thought would never come.
