Uh, you've never been able to do cross-server attachments.
This is to make it fair for the Vector people who have to earn stuff the hard way.
when i try to login to the matrix online it tells me my account is already in use!!
is there anyway i can get my account back and play again?
I'm not a PvPer. I have maybe 130CQs.
Yet I got to 50 without thinking "man this is hard coz of everyone ganking me all the time", and it's also fairly easy to go pick up items you want without trouble, IMO.
Are there any? We all moved to one server that was non-hostile.

thanks
What kind of Rare abilities can I code with you Rarebit?

So, how do you like maintaining and enhancing an existing system versus working on something totally new?

Is That An Exploit?

Hi, this is my routine.
1. Get a mission
2. Abort inside mission area
3. Wait for agent to show
4. Run to mara
5. run up pipe so i dont die
6. watch everyone attack agent.
There is one problem. The agent is very agressive. Everyone has to interlock the agent before the agent fight back.
I think the agent should interlock everyone that shoots at him instead of just waiting for me to come out.
this would greatly help me have fun. because i could basicly have an
agent kill everyone for me. Since i am machine and not zion mara c is
perfect.

Are those abilities' (and Compel Close Combat for that matter) added unto the "Force/Evade Combat" stat from tactics or are they multiplied by the tactic's stats (like other stuff like Accuracy and Defense)? In that same vein, are Gaussian and Resist Combat meant to stack in the first place?

If you mean new special abilities, then I suppose there's always a chance.

[Tell] SOE+MXO+Server+Player: Message.
with no indication as to whether the message was to or from the player in question. How hard would it be for MxO to record the direction of the message when it's logged? Something simple like:
[Tell (to)] SOE+MXO+Server+Player: Message.
[Tell (from)] SOE+MXO+Server+Player: Message.
would work beautifully.
I know it'd make a lot of people's lives much easier (not to mention make my chat log formatter even more useful
).

What are the chances of making a teeny, tiny modification to the way chat logging is done? At the moment, all /tells are recorded simply as

I don't know, but I know it annoys me, too. Dracomet says he can see about looking into it.

Well I guess i kind of meant, new special abilities, but I was also referring to regular abilties in place now for example say in the kung fu tree, machine gun fist and wooden dummy drill could be used outside of combat. Every other class has some abilities they can use outside of IL, so it would only seem fair that MA's should too
And oh yeh, if i didnt say this already, please, please allow live event characters to give out the old special items.

Is there going to be any special event today to commemorate Morpheus since today 1 year ago he died?
I heard players were gonna hold services early this morning or something...
But if you mean story characters, then no. And stop asking about future events, anyway. :p

I know this is kind of a redundant question that probably doesn't have any importance, but:
where exactly was Niobe shot?
Medical information...blegh...

Paul once referred to her state as "gutshot."
Gattsuru, a little more information, if you please. I have only the sketchiest of recollections of what I think you might be referring to.

Faithlessness wrote:A problem with that might be that it is easy exploitable, when your purity/stability goes down, you just trade your items twice and you suddenly have a fresh version of your item again.
Im sure theres ways around that happening.
Im just frustrated because ive been in saura for 20 hours and have gotten 4 females..:smileymad:

Rarebit,
Is/was there a purpose for the NPC's standing around the city with the bobing "i" over their head other than conveying useless information?
I agree with you that this is their apparent purpose, but they really have very little information to convey. I was just curious if maybe at some point in the game design they had another purpose. For some reason they've just always seemed out of place to me.
KivoOnline wrote:
Rarebit how about making the Mobius Code tradable? This would solve the problem because by letting us transfer it between chars but would keep the amount of players with it limited because there is a very finite amount of them.
Please, do something. Many people feel very neglected. I'm sure a simple fix to make it tradable would fix the problem.

If asked politely would you zero out someones rep points? There should be an easier way to switch orgs, really.
Join a faction and you auto switch to that org anyway, but if you mean for yourself, then I dont think it should be easier, infact being able to drop tag then join another just to switch orgs to get into meetings etc is far from how it should be. Choosing an org should have more bearing and make you work on it more.
I suppose in that regard, probally been asked if you get a org item then swtich orgs, which item you keep/use, or even then it goes on your own rep, if it is indeed your own rep then you could get extra points even if your not on that org.
I agree that it shouldn't be really easy to switch orgs, otherwise we would havee org swappers all the time. But 177 missions just to get enough rep to do the crits??? Even Cypher didn't have to do that much. If there were some sort of special mission offered by each org, that could be done once. For example, Zion switching to Mech can do a Mech missions to say gain 127 mech rep (putting it at zero) and losing Zion rep to 0. Each org would have this mission available but a player could only do it once per org. I dunno...177 missions to do the crits is insane.
