well I just reinstalled and patched the game, but still the same problem. :smileymad:

I'll try reinstalling the game first. failing that, I'll just wait for things to sort themselves out.

OK, the chat support either doesn't like me or is horribly inept. I either get a 'For in-game support go to (website URL)' or an annoying 'Not Supported' message. Does this mean that I can never use the 'support'?
