I have been trying for a half-hour and I can't figure out how to move my hotbar. I hate it being at the top of the screen and want it at the bottom. Any help welcome!

I didn't want to create any contention, I'll probably start off on Syntax (I like the name) and try to find some RP groups there. Thanks everyone for all the help. Once I have a name I'll post it here so anyone interested in recruiting me...

Maybe I'll make one character on each server and test the waters, then stay wherever feels more comfortable.
