You could try defragging your harddrive if you havent done one for a while, can often make a big difference.

New CCR system doesnt have an attatch file button?
There doesnt seem to be a button to attatch screnshots to ccr's in the new system now, is it just me not seeing it or is this a) no longer going to be done or b) accidently left out?
